Snow may not be something you generally equate with Los Angeles, but the streets outside the El Capitan theater were transformed into a winter wonderland, Tuesday, for the premiere of Disney’s latest animated film “Frozen.”

The premiere featured a snow-coated white carpet, a castle half buried in “snow,” an ice sculpture of Olaf the snowman, and celebrity guests holding fresh cups of hot chocolate as they strolled into the theater.

Featuring the voices of Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, Josh Gad and Santino Fontana, the film follows Anna (Bell), a fearless young princess, as she journeys through tumultuous weather conditions to find her older sister, Elsa (Menzel), and free her kingdom from eternal winter.
