Since QMS Medicosmetics has hit the American skincare market it has not stopped making its mark giving its users beautifully hydrated plump skin. With award season back where better to showcase the amazing results of QMS Medicosmetics then on the Emmy’s red carpet.

IMG_4674Celebrity makeup artist Stephen Sollitto partnered with QMS Medicosmetics for this year’s 73rd Primetime Emmy’s Awards to prep actress and Emmy Nominee Hannah Waddingham from the Apple TV hit show Ted Lasso. To start the preparation for red carpet Sollitto started prepping Hannah skin all weekend with the QMS Collagen process.

“On a day like the Emmys it is super important to have clean, nourished skin to work on. I teamed up with luxury brand QMS Medicosmetics to make sure Hannah’s skin looked its best.”

To get all the lovely details of Hannah’s Emmy’s look from start to finish Sollitto shared all the details of Hannah’s look from skin prep to makeup application in easy to follow how to steps.

“Today I am working with Emmy Nominee Hannah Waddingham from the Apple TV show Ted Lasso. She is wearing a gorgeous, peach Christian Siriano gown. For her makeup I am inspired by a combination of Hannah’s dress, her green eyes and her platinum blond hair. I thought a Burgundy lash line and a bronze lid would bring out the color of her eyes and a peachy cheek would mimic the dress giving her a fresh glow,” said Sollitto.unnamed

HOW TO QMS SKIN PREP:

  • Always start with clean skin. Here I used the QMS Cleansing sponge and QMS Deep Gentle Cleanser which removes all makeup and impurities from the skin.
  • To Hydrate first appy QMS Day Collagen for overall skin appearance. Enhancing that for deeper hydration I apply QMS Collagen Serum in Oil.
  • On her eye I apply QMS Advanced Collagen Eye Lift.
  • On her lips to fight fine lines try QMS Lip Line Corrector. This is great to smooth lips for liner and gloss later.
  • For the next ten minutes I use the dreamy creamy QMS Power Firm Mask. You can feel this mask hydrating. I remove excess with a clean cloth.
  • Lastly, I apply QMS ACE Vitamin Day & Night cream and her skin is ready for the day, hydrated and fresh.

HOW TO MAKEUP PREP:

  • For Hannah’s makeup I always apply foundation first. With a wet sponge I gently wipe Makeup Forever HD Foundation making sure I cover her neck as well.
  • For concealers I love Beauty Blender’s Bounce line, creamy yet doesn’t land in creases. With a loose brush I dust Chantecaille pressed HD Perfecting Powder to set foundation but not bake the skin.
  • On Hannah’s eyes at the lash line I use MAC Teddy Eye pencil, a perfect wearable bronze. Then over that to darken the line and compliment her greens eyes I tap MAC Sketch which is a burgundy and a great alternative to black or brown. On the lid I use MAC Mulch, blending out with a clean brush. Under the bottom lashes and with a smaller brush I sweep BeautyCounter Cinnamon back and forth for a bronzey smokey effect. On the upper lash line to deepen the look I use Tom Ford Liquid Eye Liner Eye Defining Pen. I applied two coats of Tom Ford Extreme Mascara in Raven. I define her eyebrows with Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Powder duo.
  • On Hannah’s cheeks to mimic the dress I use a Chantecaille Blush in Smitten, a spot on peach. And on top of the apples Chantecaille’s Fun.
  • Lastly on Hannah’s lips I use Buxom’s Plump Line Lip liner in Confidential and gloss over that with Roen Kiss my Liquid Lip Balm in Rumor.
  • And before she puts on the dress I spritz QMS Hydrating Boost spray to add one last but of freshness to the skin.

Hannah looked absolutely stunning and glowed in her gown and upswept hair. A perfect look for her first Emmy’s red carpet.
