On April 15th, Kielh’s Since 1851 unveiled their seventh annual Limited Edition Label Art Series for Earth Day- an environmental partnership with actors Elizabeth Olsen and Maggie Q. The series is a Limited Edition Collection of Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado, from which 100% net profits, up to $50,000, to benefit Recycle Across America. RAA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating the public on the importance of recycling and simplifying the process.
The event took place at the Kiehl’s Since 1851 store in Santa Monica, CA. Elizabeth and Maggie were both on hand to display the eye treatment series, which features Earth-inspired designs depicting their vision of social responsibility. Both designs were created in collaboration with artist/sculptor Fernando Mastrangelo, of AMMA Studio in Brooklyn, who is known for his work with everyday materials like salt, coffee, sand & silica. The Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado is a thick, creamy preparation which helps keep the delicate skin around the eye area well hydrated.
Also at the event, Mitch Hedlund, founder and executive director of Recycle Across America, accepted the $50,000 donation, and actor Taryn Manning was the DJ for the celebration, which included additional special guests Dylan McDermott, Elvis Nolasco, and Teddy Sears.
