Justin Bieber Arrested in Miami for DUI

We’ve defended Justin Bieber’s antics as just boy immaturity, but with this latest controversy, we can no longer defend him. Justin Bieber was arrested this morning for drag racing and DUI. The Miami police posted on Twitter early this morning, “#BreakingNews confirming @justinbieber has been arrested for DUI & Drag Racing more info & press release coming.”

The Miami Herald reports that Bieber was charged for DUI and resisting arrest. Reports claimed Bieber admitted to have had a few beers, marijuana, and prescription drugs. Although Bieber’s breath test blew under legal limit at .011 and .014, he failed the roadside sobriety test. Also, is everyone aware that regardless, Justin Bieber is under legal drinking age?

Arrested with Bieber was his racing partner, and R&B artist, Khalil Sharief. Bieber was driving a 2013 Lamborghini, and Sharief a red Ferrari. Members of Bieber’s entourage reportedly used their SUVs to block traffic from entering the streets where the race took place. This all on the heels of Paul Walker’s death caused by speeding accident.
