Since QMS Medicosmetics has hit the American skincare market it has not stopped making its mark giving its users beautifully hydrated plump skin. With award season back where better to showcase the amazing results of QMS Medicosmetics then on the Emmy’s red carpet.

Celebrity makeup artist Stephen Sollitto partnered with QMS Medicosmetics for this year’s 73rd Primetime Emmy’s Awards to prep actress and Emmy Nominee Hannah Waddingham from the Apple TV hit show Ted Lasso. To start the preparation for red carpet Sollitto started prepping Hannah skin all weekend with the QMS Collagen process.

“On a day like the Emmys it is super important to have clean, nourished skin to work on. I teamed up with luxury brand QMS Medicosmetics to make sure Hannah’s skin looked its best.”

To get all the lovely details of Hannah’s Emmy’s look from start to finish Sollitto shared all the details of Hannah’s look from skin prep to makeup application in easy to follow how to steps.

“Today I am working with Emmy Nominee Hannah Waddingham from the Apple TV show Ted Lasso. She is wearing a gorgeous, peach Christian Siriano gown. For her makeup I am inspired by a combination of Hannah’s dress, her green eyes and her platinum blond hair. I thought a Burgundy lash line and a bronze lid would bring out the color of her eyes and a peachy cheek would mimic the dress giving her a fresh glow,” said Sollitto.

HOW TO QMS SKIN PREP:

Always start with clean skin. Here I used the QMS Cleansing sponge and QMS Deep Gentle Cleanser which removes all makeup and impurities from the skin.

To Hydrate first appy QMS Day Collagen for overall skin appearance. Enhancing that for deeper hydration I apply QMS Collagen Serum in Oil.

On her eye I apply QMS Advanced Collagen Eye Lift.

On her lips to fight fine lines try QMS Lip Line Corrector. This is great to smooth lips for liner and gloss later.

For the next ten minutes I use the dreamy creamy QMS Power Firm Mask. You can feel this mask hydrating. I remove excess with a clean cloth.

Lastly, I apply QMS ACE Vitamin Day & Night cream and her skin is ready for the day, hydrated and fresh.

HOW TO MAKEUP PREP:

For Hannah’s makeup I always apply foundation first. With a wet sponge I gently wipe Makeup Forever HD Foundation making sure I cover her neck as well.

For concealers I love Beauty Blender’s Bounce line, creamy yet doesn’t land in creases. With a loose brush I dust Chantecaille pressed HD Perfecting Powder to set foundation but not bake the skin.

On Hannah’s eyes at the lash line I use MAC Teddy Eye pencil, a perfect wearable bronze. Then over that to darken the line and compliment her greens eyes I tap MAC Sketch which is a burgundy and a great alternative to black or brown. On the lid I use MAC Mulch, blending out with a clean brush. Under the bottom lashes and with a smaller brush I sweep BeautyCounter Cinnamon back and forth for a bronzey smokey effect. On the upper lash line to deepen the look I use Tom Ford Liquid Eye Liner Eye Defining Pen. I applied two coats of Tom Ford Extreme Mascara in Raven. I define her eyebrows with Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Powder duo.

On Hannah’s cheeks to mimic the dress I use a Chantecaille Blush in Smitten, a spot on peach. And on top of the apples Chantecaille’s Fun.

Lastly on Hannah’s lips I use Buxom’s Plump Line Lip liner in Confidential and gloss over that with Roen Kiss my Liquid Lip Balm in Rumor.

And before she puts on the dress I spritz QMS Hydrating Boost spray to add one last but of freshness to the skin.

Hannah looked absolutely stunning and glowed in her gown and upswept hair. A perfect look for her first Emmy’s red carpet.

The Emmys is one of those awards show where we expect the stars to pull out all the stops and this past Sunday was no exception, but what did surprise us were the amount of fashion risks we saw this year. Celebrities didn’t appear in the same boring ball gowns, we saw some unique looks and even those that tried difficult styles made it work (we’re looking at you Kerry Washington). Ok, not everyone made it work, there were a few misses in there, but we loved the looks on the whole. Take a look at our top picks for best and worst dressed at the Emmys.

Rosemary’s Pick: Kerry Washington looked absolutely stunning in a mixed metal mid length Marc Jacobs dress. The dress, which debuted just days before the Emmys at New York Fashion Week, had a lot going on but was paired perfectly with subtle jewelry and shoes. Kerry wore her hair up in a trendy faux bob to show off the dress’ unique shoulder embellishment. The mesh paneling, the studs, the silver and gold, everything about this dress came together perfectly for an edgy, fresh look.

Frances’ Pick: Sarah Hyland seems to be on her way to becoming a style icon. We recently put her on our best dressed list for the Teen Choice Awards and here she is looking stunning again. Normally her outfits are more on the cutesy side, but Hyland looked sleek and sophisticated in a burgundy Zac Posen dress. The form fitting column gown, gave her a nice womanly look and the matching Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira ruby accessories complemented the ensemble perfectly. The rear view, with its backless neckline detail made for amazing over the shoulder shots on the red carpet. Loved it!

This year, the fashion ranged from boring to ridiculous, leaving us with some fashion highs and lows. The best this year included simple but beautiful dresses (Tina Fey, Taylor Schelling) and the worst included some ladies who tried a little too hard to push the envelope (Julianne Hough, Zosia Mamet). Check out our gallery below, and let us know who your favorites were.

There were parties, there were press events, there was the Governor’s Ball, but the most extravagant part of the weekend had to be the gifting suites.

Gift lounges are an essential part of any awards show and this year’s Emmy nominees had plenty of swag to choose from. Even with all the available choices, the popular events company, GBK productions managed to put on the most spectacular suite of them all.

The annual Emmys Luxury Gift Lounge took place at the W Hotel in Hollywood on September 21 and 22. TV personalities big and small stopped by the event to mingle with friends, grab some cocktails and most importantly, get free stuff.

But just what did these stars pick up from the lounge you ask? Take a look below to see the coolest items from the weekend.

1. All-inclusive trip for two to the Caribbean: The travel magazine Caribbean Living gave the nominees the opportunity to stay at the Hard Rock resorts out in the island tropics. If that isn’t lavish, then what is?

2. Personal training from Mansion Fitness: We all know fitness is a huge priority in Hollywood and with Mansion Fitness celebs can get in shape and be stylish at the same time. The facility for Mansion Fitness really is in a mansion. It is also extremely private, there are no memberships and all of the sessions are one-on-one.

3. Ron Donovan shoes: With prices rivaling those of Louboutin, this brand is super lush. All of the shoes are Italian-made and pretty comfortable—especially for being sky-high heels. Celebrities went home with gift certificates for a free pair of shoes and/or $300 off their first purchase.

4. Nulo Pet Products: Let’s face it, people in Hollywood are obsessed with their pets and it just isn’t right to get a bunch of free stuff without taking something home for your four-legged loved one. Attendees with pets went home with at least one bag of Nulo’s premium, all-natural dog and cat food.

5. Hot Rock Jewelry: Specializing in one-of-a-kind jewelry made of precious metals and stones, Hot Rock gave celebrities a custom gold pendant. Emmy nominees were given special “nominee” pendants. Always thinking about giving back, Hot Rock representatives were encouraging recipients to donate their necklaces to charity.

6. Eye Saw You mobile app: You may be asking yourself, what is so cool about a mobile app? After all, anyone can download this app (a social media app focusing on missed connections in case you were wondering). Well, the app came pre-loaded on to the X tablet. Yep, free tablet for everyone

7. The Artisan Group goodies: The Artisan Group is a collective of artists who make jewelry, stationery, spa and bath products, and other hand-made goodies. Attendees went home with a giant duffel bag full of one-of-a-kind gifts.

8. Miracle Hydrate skin products: Perserving the skin is a must for celebrities and miracle hydrate offered to help them maintain that youthful look. Guests received the MH3 line, which included anti-aging products infused with snake venom.

9. Beanpatch & Co. toys: Celebrities also snagged a few items for their kids (or nieces, nephews, cousins etc.). Beanpatch & Co. imports beautiful vintage style infant and children’s toys. Guests were gifted Baghera French pedal cars and Franck & Fischer plush toys.

10. Secret Agent Beauty: Everyone love’s getting free make-up, but it’s even more fun when there’s a cool 007 vibe attached to it. All of the Secret Agent products are dual purpose and come in sleek agent-like packaging. Celebrities went home with lip plumper sets and lip treatments.

Honorable mentions: Savee Laguna Beach dresses and leggings, Toy State 007 model cars, Mason Jar Cookie Company cookie mixes, Foster Grant sunglasses, Wolfhardt leather accessories, Yazi Ginger Vodka.
